.  Aylsham has four schools covering all age ranges: John of Gaunt Infant School, St. Michael’s C of E VA Primary and Nursery School, Bure Valley School and Aylsham High School where the ‘Friendly Faces’ peer support group drew the attention of Facebook’s HQ as a beacon of anti-bullying in schools.  

If you’re moving to Aylsham and education is important, it’s good to know that Ofsted says the primaries Bure Valley and St Michael’s C of E are “good”, John of Gaunt “outstanding” and the secondary Aylsham High is “good”.   Further education is provided at Paston College in North Walsham and City and Jane Austen Colleges in Norwich.
